  • My uncle always says, "The best Mexican restaurants are always found in old converted chain restaurants or gas station parking lots." I think he may be in to something here. Cozumel is in an old IHOP and it's delicious! This is my favorite location and the service is great. The chips and salsa always taste very fresh and the waiters and kitchen are always very accommodating about vegetarianizing things for me.
