  • Be aware of this shady practice Endy Garcia is doing. I hired them to work on my property, agreed on it. Now he's lying and not holding up to the contract saying I only want a piece of my property resod and sprinklers all lines replaced. It was agreed $2,500 for all sprinklers and to re sod everything and $950 for the landscape rock work. Not for a piece of the yard. I'm calling the contract board to report his shady doings. They don't have contracting license and yet the put fake numbers on their truck.
