  • The most disrespectful and rude staff I have ever encountered in my 15 years of golf. I'm actually pissed I have to give them one star. I booked a tee time for 12 through golfnow. To my fault I was running behind and literally walked up to the pro shop desk at 1158, the ass behind the desk rudely tells me I'm late and that they can't get me out on the course. They go on to say it was a shotgun tee off (nowhere noted in the reservation online) and I'm just out of luck cause they already started. I asked for a manager and then the jerk behind the desk asks me if I'm always this inconsiderate showing up right at the tee time...........and then turns to the other guy behind the desk starts talking crap about me.........really? I tell him there is no need for being rude to me and we end up in a yelling match . Then the manager was just as worthless, tells me I can't have a rain check for my prepaid tee time and that he can't help me. I had to leave and call golfnow to get a refund. Absolutely insane. For me half the golf experience is how I'm treated by the staff when I'm paying money for something, never would I ever visit this course again even if they paid for it. I have ran into some staffs at these retirement home courses where maybe it's not the warmest welcome due to not being a 70 year old resident of the community, but this was ridiculous. Complete A-holes.
