  • Been a customer way to long at this location. We came in just for an adjustment on my daughters frame! The lady that helped us BROKE THEM, snapped them right in half. Ray Ban frames, so they weren't cheap. She "offered" to help us out and she sent us to a guy that was only able to GLUE them together, horrible job at that. Told us to go back in so she can "help us out"! We go in for our appointment after waiting 30 minutes and another 30 listening to their crap they only offered us 10% off. WTF! seriously 10%! For something that was THEIR fault so we got our prescription and left. We will never be back. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ETHICS! go away Nationwide vision. Go Away. ZERO STARS just the middle finger.
