  • been coming here for years, referred many people, always loved it BUT not anymore. last 6 months service has gone to heck. Couple of times long wait when no customers in, one time brought DH order but not mine, after waiting a few minutes asked lady where it was - oops we forgot to order it. Tonight was the last straw: Husband got here ahead of me and ordered for us. 2 large phone in orders ahead of us but I can live with that. Brought DH order said he would be right back with mine. 5 minutes later go to counter - lady tells man I am waiting for my order. 10 minutes finally my food comes out. I explain it is rude to serve 2 people who order and came together 10 minutes apart. Man gets angry with me and says "can't you see how busy we are, sure I say but food should come out together. He says "what ,should I have let his food get cold, can't you see your not the only one waiting?" No sir that's not the problem. The food should have been cooked and served at the same time. Complete 1 order at a time - restaurants all over the world deliver the whole tables order together. We came to eat a meal together not a separate times. Get organized don't try to do too many orders at once and most certainly, DON'T GET MAD AT THE CUSTOMER FOR YOUR MISTAKE. Good restaurants would at least apologize and try to make it better not worse. Your food quality has gone down and you really don't care about the customer. It makes me sad because I remember when this was a great and friendly place, but I won't be going back and will tell everybody I can not to go either.
