  • In town for a conference and only packed one pair of dress shoes. Heel fell off on the way to the first presentation. Hotel concierge recommended this place. The gentleman in the shop was friendly and professional. He was able to fix my heel and tighten the other in about 30 minutes for a very reasonable cost. He was very honest about his concerns regarding things about the shoe that were irreparable and although he guaranteed that the shoe would be fine in the short term, he recommended getting a new pair once back home. Incredible turn around time, very honest, reasonable prices. Would recommend if you're looking for a shoe repair!
