  • We have purchased several used Hondas from this dealership, and always had good experiences. This time we were hoping to get the same salesman, but found out he had retired. The young man I spoke to was just not prepared for us, though we told him what tine we would be there, and which vehicles we wanted to see. We waited quite awhile, then one of the vehicles was brought to the front of the building. He said we could drive around to a back lot to see the others. One of them was parked so close to other vehicles , that we could barely climb in. It was dirty, and had obviously been sitting there for quite awhile with leaves , etc. all over it. We were not impressed with any of the vehicles we saw. At that point he gave us his card, and told us to call anytime. In the past, our salesman would show us other vehicles we might be interested in. Just felt this young man missed an opportunity. Went to another dealership and had a much better experience!
