  • Of the list of spas I wanted to visit while in Las Vegas, the Grand Spa was not one of them. But, being in a large group of women who all wanted to have something done at the same time, this was the only place that could accomedate us last minute. I ended up having a standard facial here. It was nice, but nothing special. My mom and her friend had a pedicures, but their pedicure rooms are seperate so they didn't even get to sit together and the woman who did my mom's was apparently very rude about the condition of my mum's feet (she's a runner so they are hardly ever polished & soft). Plus, they had a ton of confusion about our reservations and their locker must have had bleech in it because when I went to change back into my brand new shirt, it had tiny bleach spots all over it. They denyed having anything to do with the bleach & despite letters and calls they never apologized. Bleh.
