  • Recently moved to Phoenix and have tried calling doctors whom are within Aetna network, which this doc is. It's to leave a review just for him because I can't get through to a person. The first time I called a woman answered and quickly put me on hold, I didn't even get a chance to say anything. I was literally on hold for over 10 minutes and noticed she'd answer and put be back on hold about ever 2 minutes. Not even a greeting or anything! That's outrageous to me. I wouldn't go to this office even if they paid me. What if I was already a patient and needed help?!
