  • Horrible experience, I had a car shipped over 2 weeks ago and in the process upon transit it got roof damage. They told me to wait 5 days. After waiting over 5 days the car was and still is damaged. Mind you it's now been closer to 3 weeks, SORRY CARMAX I will not continue to wait, I will gladly take my business to Lexus dealership today. Never again..
