  • I am already really ticked off with this company. I bought the groupon that stated $29 for two boarding days and apparently that groupon was just to get you into the door. Staff never even checked it, so i feel completely ripped off to begin with because i had to pay an extra $40 at check in. My package included a "daily" picture which only is one with a border to hide every surrounding. My pup is the friendliest well behaved pitbull/english bulldog mix and they cannot let him socialize with any other dog so he has to be alone all weekend. I hate this. Ruined my entire weekend/trip knowing my baby is crying wishing he could play with the other doggies. Ugh! Never again will i waste my hard earned money on a place that discriminates my beautiful dog!!!! UPDATE: I picked up my baby. The young front desk girl asked me how my weekend was. I let her know i was very worried about my pup after seeing all these bad reviews and not being able to see where he slept all night and sure enough she refused to let me see were he sleeps because "i have to walk through all the dogs" and my baby has a bite mark. How did he get a bite mark if he was secluded from ALL the rest of the dogs. DO NOT take your baby here. They are awful. My dog stinks, he is crying right now in the car! Hes never ever cried after a daycare or boarding
