  • I love Panera bread. I was happy to find near my hotel where I started. The food is great as usual. It's consistent and fresh. I can't complain about it. But down side, I didn't know that customer supposed to warm our own food. Long line with only one microwave in small place, bumping each other to get our food over utensils station. They put brown napkins under pastry, after warm up .. guess what?...... I had to remove napkin pieces one by one every single bite, no joke!!!!
