  • Very unethical business model. Asked them to come out and give me a price on a drip irrigation for the back yard.....told him to look it over (have existing irrigation, just wanted to tie-in the new drip system) and let me know what he thought, and cost. Starts messing with the valves, checking this, checking that......Finally tells me a price (kinda high)......then says he has to charge me $60 for the hour he was here?!?!?!?! what?.....just wanted an estimate. I wish they would state up front....."if we come out, we start charging when we get there.
