So after my last review the owner contacted me personally (through Yelp) and apologized for my experience and comped a meal for me. My next experience was very good. I raised my rating because it's not every day that you encounter a business willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I was very pleased with the fact that they took time to reach out and correct the experience for me. Thanks Chik Fil A! I'll keep coming back. You model the way for customer service exellence.
