  • I've been residing Nevada for about five years. This is totally the worst customer service ever in general, not just car wash. The vehicle was washed and cleaned ok. When I went to pick it up they had lost my key and took them a few minutes to find it. Once I jumped in the car wouldn't start. Battery was dead. Kinda awkward. My car is fairly new and there were absolutely no signs of the battery going bad. After I was given a jump start the speakers exploded. The tuner was all the way up. That made me believe that someone was enjoying the music out loud while working and while the engine was off. That must've drained the battery out. Mr Armando (the man who was the manager on duty) was smiling and totally negligent to the story I told him. Didn't take me seriously and insisted that it was all just my absurd point of view. The vehicle started the next few times I drove it. So the battery didn't "Just die like that"(Armando). Someone was very unprofessional over this car wash and abused the stereo. I would rate them zero stars if possible.
