  • I haven't been here in over six months because I don't live in Charlotte, however I felt compelled to leave a review because I was shocked at some of the Yelp reviews. I had a wonderful experience here! I walked around for about twenty minutes, declining offers to help, thinking I could figure out what I wanted on my own. No one was pushy or followed me around, but once I was ready to ask for help it was easy to find assistance. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I got great recommendations for a leave-in conditioner for my hair. The sales associate really listened to what I needed and gave me insightful feedback for all the products I expressed interest in. I definitely felt like they were interested in helping me find the right product for me. Not to mention prices were reasonable. Definitely plan on making this my go-to spot when I need to stock up on products.
