  • These guys collected escrow but did not pay my insurance bill. We were talking to them constantly and four times they said they would "Fedex the payment tomorrow." Yet they never did until the fourth time and it was already late by 5 days and near the end of the grace period. By that time I had already paid it out of my own pocket because I got a lapse notice from the insurance company and was afraid of losing the policy completely. I wrote a complaint to customer service and so far have not gotten a response. The whole situation was incomprehensible to me how they could be so incompetent.
