  • The rocket scientists at McKenna put my account into collections AFTER I HAD PAID THE BILL. I don't know if it was malice or ignorance, but either way my credit score dropped over 40 points. Luckily, I had the cancelled check - fully endorsed by these paragons of business virtue - and a good lawyer, so my story has a happy ending. Yours might not. Avoid at all costs.
