  • Giving one star for the simple fact I can't give zero. Both times I went to check my bag, I received the WORST customer service of my life. They charge you for absolutely everything. They claim to have the cheapest prices, but after they charge for checked bags, carry ons, and your boarding passes, you've spent just as much as you would with a better airline, if not more. I will never, EVER fly with Spirit again.
