  • I had an issue with my garage door not closing properly, so I called RX. The owner came out and had a look at it. After he determined that I needed a replacement part that was still under warranty, he advised me to call Lift Master directly, and didn't charge me for his time. He even told me it was easy enough I could probably do the work myself (though if I cant I'll certainly call back). You cannot put a price on that kind of honesty. I would recommend this company to anyone.
