  • I wanted this place to be better than it actually was. The service is sub par. No one really acknowledges that you are there. Went to the counter to order since it appears there is no wait staff, but it's not really evident what you are supposed to do when you walk in. I ordered a Croque Madam, chocolate croissant for my son and a French press for myself. The kid taking the order seemed spaced out and I had to reiterate the 3 items several times. After that I literally waited 30 minutes for a ham and cheese sandwich....the coffee was good, but I had to go back to the counter several times to get the water they never brought and to ask if they forgot my sandwich since the people that came in behind me got their food and I had not yet received mine. Everyone that works there looks like they really don't want to be there. It's a shame because with great service a place like this in a good location would thrive. I won't be back.
