  • The doctors and medical staff at TLC are reliable and trustworthy, but the consistently long wait times every time I call and even when I come into a scheduled appointment are enough to make us look for another pediatrician. This place needs additional staffing. It's unprofessional and off-putting to put customers on hold every time they call.
