I'm a Diamond member, and had comp nights for December 30th thru Jan 2nd at one of the Cesars properties. I decided to book at the Linq, since I've only been here when it was formally The Imperial Palace . I am a weekly customer of Harrah's Southern California, and my Diamond status there is how I can compare this place.
I know this casino is trying, did not have bad service here. But because of experiences at Nobu, Ceasars, Harrah's So Cal, is how I had to rate this casino.
Pros:
Updated rooms and casino floor
Diamond Check in
On the strip - Flamingo is next door
A lot of new slot games
The room service menu cheaper than the other properties
Cons:
This hotel had much smaller rooms than Bally or the Rio
Small closet area
Still Smokey in the casino, although I am a smoker.
Had to pay $14.00 per day to use the room Air Purifier
No Diamond Lounge
No in room coffee pot
No individual shampoo, conditioner or body was (had a pump style in shower)
Did not replace water in room
Tip for Room Service is included in bill ( although I left $50 cash for maid in room)
Did not know to activate my Freeplay was to be done at cage. So I lost out
