  • Because it's Vegas, I got a screw in my tire and came outside to a flat. I sealed the hole and drove to Big O to get a replacement. They basically told me that since it was closing time, they would not stay late to put on a new tire and that I should take my business somewhere else. I drove to the closest place which happened to be this Walmart. Brant was so helpful and knowledgeable and turned my whole night around. He explained to me (a non car person) the condition of the tire and gave me so many options as to how to move forward. He stayed late to make sure my car was drivable and safe and made me feel like a valued customer. Will be going back with any further tire issues!
