  • If you want decent customer service, AVOID this location. For 15 years I have taken multiple vehicles to Ted Wiens on Warm Springs, and until now gotten excellent service. But they may as well delete my service records because I WILL NOT BE BACK due to the shoddy treatment received the past two visits. Management no longer stands behind their service or promises, an gets angry when challenged about it even though it was me - THE CUSTOMER - who was inconvenienced by their mistake(s). Save yourself the hassle and go someplace else....
