Nikki - I too value your talented staff and their personal needs. Please allow me to point out that I have never had any issue with changing my schedule in order to accommodate a staff' member's personal needs. You have indeed contacted me in a variety of ways and I appreciate that effort. However, your efforts do not address the central issue. I accepted an option offered to me which worked well with my schedule and also with the staff member's schedule. I was notified by that staff member that this option would not be available for a few weeks due to circumstances at the Center. I was perfectly happy to wait. In a subsequent conversation with you, you noted that the staff member had fabricated this information. In fact, this would not have been discovered had I not contacted you about this. Good business practice dictates that an owner/manager of a business be aware of what goes on in that business. Once the owner/manager becomes aware of a poor business practice, the customer is not blamed or held responsible for that poor business practice. I'm certain that you understand why I am no longer comfortable at PCCHH.
