  • David was extremely professional, showed up during the designated time window, and had all the tools & parts for the job (drivebelt replacement). Demonstrated expertise with my Mercedes. He taught me several useful tips about my car and gave me many extremely useful answers to my questions about the engine & the repair. The second portion of the maintenance (power steering fluid), he was ready to do, but advised me that it didn't really need to be done and gave me the option to decline the service. He has my highest recommendation!
