  • I had A front screen door that had to be broken in for a life threatening reason. The only damage was the area where the deadbolt was broken. I had no damage anywhere else. I wanted to get the storm door fixed so I looked up local handyman places that could possibly fix this. I called Mr. handyman and after a day they returned my call. She was very nice and had me take pictures of the damage of the storm door. Sent her the pictures of the damage of the door. Heard from her that day and she indicated she would forward on to the experts of this type of work in their company. That was four weeks ago. I have not heard from them since!!! Not a very good first impression for a Anew customer! Given this, I would never call them again!. Since then, I have found a more reputable company to work with that was more than pleased to help me with my problem. They did a good job and I will use them again and again for any kind of handy work I need for my home. Do not call Mr. handyman, they seem like they only want to pick and choose their customers! Oh and by the way they are very expensive by the hour based on what they quoted me. Without even seeing the damage except for a picture. This is a company I would not like to deal with. What kind of company does not return your call after four weeks... Very rude!
