  • Terrible Customer Service, almost like it is a social experiment to see if they can give horrible service because the burgers are so good. Bachi has unique and delicious burgers, but the service at this location is consistently terrible. I walked in with my wife and they tried to seat us ahead of some others who had been waiting. When we did get seated, we spent at least 10 minutes waiting to be greeted, menus clearly to to the side. Waiters just kept walking by, no recognition. We eventually walked out, and on our way out saw the larger party that had been ahead of us, still waiting to be seated, just staring at the table that they were told would be ready and in fact was. I do think Bachi was understaffed, but that's no excuse for no greeting. Usually I'm of the opinion that you go to restaurants for the food, not the service, but when there is literally no service, there can be no food. Try the other location. As to our prior visits, the service has consistently been terrible. This location severely needs training in terms of service and, possibly, to hire more staff.
