  • Nice people but slow service, lineup out the door even with 4 baristas on . Poor training and or poor management. To top it off after a solid 15 minute wait ( yes 15 min for 2 lattes) our drinks were made incorrectly. Again they were very polite however , this is just really unacceptable.
