  • Went to Red Orchid on a Thursday night, no one else was in the restaurant. I slowly realized most people place to-go orders because everyone was stopping by on there way home from work. They new exactly what they wanted, regulars...a good sign. I had the pad thai and their coconut soup. Both were good, not grand, but good. I have been craving pad thai and since I recently moved to Pittsburgh hadn't been to a thai restaurant here. I would also order food from here after work like everyone else. I wouldn't consider it a date night, but rather some thai comfort food. No complaints. Just thai food, plain and simple.
