  • Settebello has been our go-to pizza joint since we moved to Henderson. Their gluten free pizza is the best I've ever had! They used to have a special on Mondays - $5 margherita pizzas all day. I won't lie - we woujld get 2 of them, gluten free, and at least 1 of the 2 would be eaten by the time we got home less than 20 minutes away. Their gluten free crust is out of this world. I love it when the crust gets a little charred - adds so much flavor to an already delicious pizza. The crust isn't paper thin which is good - it is thinner, but the crust is still soft and flavorful. You can't go wrong with wood fired anything! Their ingredients are good quality - their pizzas are simple and to the point. Delicious, perfectly executed, and consistently good service. Always ask what their special is that week, and definitely get a drink- they have plenty of good ones at the bar!
