rev:text	This place is awesome, the staff are great and friendly. I was about to buy a $400.00 dryer and I YouTube the problem it gave me an idea of what the problem was Thermostat Thermal Fuse so I was referred by a small appliance co near by, I went to APC center and was greeted by Monte very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, I explain the situation and even showed him the YouTube video and the way I tested the parts he quickly said those parts might be good so he tested them and he was right there were good. Mr Monte advise me there could be a number of other problems so I explain what works and doesn't work he advise me of the next 2 items ignitor or the thermal fuse so I purchased both. I went home this time I knew how to test them b4 installing them thanks to mr Monte it was the thermal fuse 13.86 it's what cost me to fix my dryer we're I was about to spend $400.00 thank you Mr Monte for your patience friendliness and expertise, when I returned the Ignitor I was greeted by another friendly staff Paul he quickly assisted me with my return carfully inspected the item making sure it was not used very friendly and knowledgeable staff who ever owns this store be very proud of your staff I also work for Fortune 500 company and customer service is the number one kudos to all of you, you earned my business. now I feel like I'm a certified dryer technician. I highly recommend Appliance Parts Center to everyone this was my first time opening a dryer.
