  • I have had nothing but issues with this store. I've bought furniture there 3 times. Firstly, when you walk in the sales people on the floor are extremely pushy. It feels like trying to buy a car when you go in there. They aren't even friendly about it. Furthermore, there are always new sales people everytime we have been there. They cannot keep reliable people. On to the selection of items. I would say their items were low quality, even in the show room. They look alright, but they are cheaply made. Further more their items are extremely overpriced. You can haggle, but they never come down much and make an extreme profit margin. Their furniture often comes without parts or hardware. They take forever to get the parts to you. On to billing. Everytime I went in here, my card was charged twice. They say this is standard practice. Pretty sure it is incompetence. It would take either a month to get it refunded or a month to get the pending charge to be removed. And believe me Ashley Furniture will never take the blame. On to delivery. Initially I was told they did not do Saturday deliveries. Then I was told they do Saturday deliveries with an extra charge. Then I was told they do Saturday deliveries without a charge. Then they missed the delivery window several days in a row. So I ended up picking up the furniture. And what do you know? Parts were missing and I was never refunded the delivery charge. The only on pro is they have living room/bedroom suit deals for a decent price. Their furniture is only ideal for a single person newly living on their own. It is not good furniture for a family. Its cheap and the furnture will crack, rip, chip, etc. by the end of the year and is extremely overpriced for the quality. Please don't take my word for it, go into the store and confirm these things for yourself. I'm sure they will do more to damage their reputation than I ever will.
