  • This review is for CardinaleWay Acura. I have been coming this Acura for 3 years now and I can say that the new management is amazing. When CardinaleWay took over, I received a courtesy call on how I would rate the services that I was provided. I addressed the issues I have had with the dealership in the past and they really valued my opinion. My next visit after the call, I could see the change. Everyone from parts to service is more helpful and pleasant. Jonathan, my Service Advisor, is exceptional! He always go above and beyond to help me. He's honest and never pressures me into getting services. He informs and advise me on services that I need, but never push me to get it. AND the icing on the cake?? FREE car wash whenever I want. No appointments or services needed. I just drive up and tell them I need a wash and they take care of it.
