  • taken with a bit of salt since we went, exuberantly tipsy, after a show. sat at the bar, and had great service from the totally frazzled guy behind the bar. who didn't really know anything about wine, but at those prices (lowest in vegas! order with abandon!), who cares. the huevos estrellados with egg, fries and chorizo were a good execution although the eggs were a wee bit overcooked and I do prefer a bit more fried chorizo bits, sam I am. the pan manchego was OK, but not really worth the space.
