  • This company is fantastic to deal with in every respect. Ernie (the owner) is remarkable in his knowledge and always employs a logical yet humane approach when suggesting solutions to a given problem. We have also had Jason come out for our periodic service, and although new to the company he has proven to be very thorough and great to work with. In addition, it is a pleasure communicating with Michelle, the office manager. Everyone is very responsive (they don't keep you waiting like some companies do), pleasant, and extremely competent. We would recommend Stormin' Norman without reservation to anyone.
