  • Recently purchased a 2012. X5 Diesel with Omer and had a great experience. Start to finish through email and then face to face contact it wad a comfortable and smooth process. Everyone from from the Sales Manager to General manager and finance was friendly, helpful, and didn't pressure me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with in regards to the X5 or giving up my X3. It's the kind of environment and customer service I expect from a BMW dealer. As long as I'm in Phoenix I'll be recommending anyone wanting a BMW to head to Chapman.
