  • Worst management company I have ever dealt with. Our A/C went out on a Friday night. I called immediately and left a message and submitted a maintenance request as well as sent an email. The message on the machine they will return your call within 24 hours. The emergency number given on the lease has been disconnected. So We sat in 112 degree weather for the entire weekend and never received a call. Never even received a call on Monday had to call them myself. I was told to call there home warranty company and make an appointment. Well they won't be able to come out until the end of the week. Leaving me with out A/C for an entire week. Leaving me with an uninhabitable living space with temperatures near 100 degree inside my home . When I called the management co. And asked for approval to find someone who could come sooner I was denied. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was also denied. I have asked repeatedly to have the owner contact me and of course they don't want me to talk to them. It is unacceptable to leave your tenants in this living situation and offer no assistance. If you are thinking of renting from this company you might want to keep looking!
