  • Visited the emergency room and the check in was girl was not nice. The place was filthy dirty. Their were soiled linens on the floor. It is very outdated and needs an update. It's not welcoming or comforting at all. The X-ray was read wrong and called me hours later. When I went to leave the staff member at the desk was on her cell phone and didn't stop texting to acknowledge the customers. As I walked down the hall all the staff members were texting on their cell phones. Had the same experience there a couple years ago.
