  • My wife and I didn't feel welcome at all. The director, and assistant director were not professional. I asked the director to hire another teacher for the 1 year old since there are a high demand for the class and a lot of parents are in the waiting list, the director told me, I will not hire a teacher just for your child, i told the director, it's not just for me, it will benefit all of us, school and parents, I didn't get a good vibe from the director. My wife and I were picking up my 2 year old child in the classroom, my wife remove our child's blanket and noticed our child were soak and wet, my wife ask the teachers in the classroom why were our child sleeping soak and wet, 1 of the teacher told us, he spilled water on his shirt while he were drinking and then he went to sleep afterward, then we went to inform the assistant director and told her what happened. She didn't seem to show caring and warm for our child, she told us she can only talk to them and this is all she can do. To us, we expected an apology from the teacher to our child for letting our child sleeping soak and wet, we will not recommend this Child Care to anyone. We have told the assistant director and director were standing there, we will not bring our child to this child care anymore, and the assistant director says ok and this is all from her and not a word from the director while she were standing there.
