  • Generally little waiting with an appointment. The dental staff is quick and friendly. The office is clean and comfortable with TVs in each exam room. Dr's have been very friendly and professional and very efficient. I was happy to learn that the Dr's take the whole staff to Dental conventions for continued education and other things. That is huge. Unfortunately, I had some issues with the front office. Witnessed an elderly lady approaching the front desk indicating she had a question about medicare. Casey, I believe, her name was, rudely barked out medicare does not cover dental and then immediately turned her back to continue what she was doing. The few of us in the waiting room were surprised at the reaction and tone. When it was my turn to deal with Casey, this time checking out, she was, again less than congenial. The tone seemed to get worse when I told her I would have to pay the balance, after insurance, in a few payments, which I had done in the past with no issue. However, this time Casey had an issue and made sure that I and the waiting room were aware of it. I let her know that I have not had an issue in the past paying off in a few payments. Further, I explained that I have never NOT paid them on the dates or amounts promised. I have always paid my bill off within a month in the past and was indicating that this would again be the case. Despite that, she went on to act as if I needed to come up with a better plan. This despite they still had not billed my insurance yet. When I told her there was no other plan, she reluctantly relented and said, "I can work with you". I paid 50% of my bill and left, again saying the balance would be paid in 2 additional payments. Left a little pissed and embarrassed. Had to return a week later for the follow up. This time Jean was at the front desk when I was leaving. I was fully prepared to have to defend again, in a populated lobby, that I would be paying the balance in a few payments. But instead, Jean simply said no problem and to have a nice day. Thank you Jean for not embarrassing me again. Paid my bill off over the next 2 weeks as promised. As someone that has managed a Dr's office at one point in my life, I was disappointed in how things were handled. Hoping this review is helpful to the office.
