  • Terrible. American Airlines bumped my 81 year old mothers flight time three times from 10:35a to 1:00p to 4:00p to cancelled altogether on her outbound flight without any text, call or email upon initial delay. On her return flight the American Airlines app said " on time" up until departure time and then started with the delays again. The flight was supposed to leave 10:05p and left 11:20p.
