HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
I went to the new location last night about 15 minutes before they closed. There were 2 people in front of me. I sat down and waited. At 8:15 it was finally my turn. However the printer ran out of ink on the last customer and the employee either didn't have any more or didn't know how to change it. Either way - I don't care. I waited for a half and hour with my family and my sister in the car to get my eyebrows done. I only had 12 dollars in cash and the employee wouldn't work with me. What a waste of my time - I am a working mom and don't have a lot of time to do things for myself. I work in customer service and was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED by her lack of care or willingness to come up with a solution to the problem. She wanted me to come back tomorrow. Tomorrow isn't an option.
I WAS a frequent customer and WILL NEVER go back again. I handed her my customer appreciation card and told her that I will never patronize this business again. There are plenty of other places that do this so GO THERE INSTEAD OF MIRACLE EYEBROW.
