Took my truck there to fix an a/c issue. Was told it was a leak in the lines going to the rear, over $2,000 to fix. As it was the fall, I waited and went to another shop. The dye they used was still visible under uv light, and guess what? Leak was in the rear exchange. The expensive lines? No leaks. They would have fixed this and still cost me more. To be fair, it was Kerr at the time, but unless they fired all their service staff, I don't trust them.
