  • Being a Party Planner I depend on other businesses(jumpers, caterers,etc) to make sure that my clients event runs smoothly. For this particular event i rented a Ninja Turtle jumper amd generator. Everyone including the owner were absolutely sweet while making this reservation. After paying for the jumper i was told the jumper would be delivered between 2pm and 4pm on the day of the event. On the day of, i get a call at 1:15pm from the men delivering the jumper telling me they are at the location... Now keep in mind the party does not start until 4! I tell im headed there but i was told between 2 and 4.. Then the guy gets an attitude! That was strike one. I get there and the jumper is put up and they leave. Not even an hour into the party the jumper deflates with ALL of the kids in it!(strike 2) This happens 3 times and i call the guys who deliver the jumper.. He "fixes it" and proceeds to tell my husband how to fix it if it falls again.. And it does...3 more times!!(thats strike 3) Not wanting my husband responsible for this jumper I call the owner. He comes to the party, very apologetic.. checks everything out, replaces the generator AND provides some money back for the trouble. His customer service and willingness to resolve this issue is why i will only use their business for all jumper needs i have for parties!
