  • Called for carpet cleaning special $49.99 for 5 rooms, expecting about $50-$75 more for sanitizing a small 60 sq ft area my dog urinated on in one room and a 10 sq ft section in another. Old bait and switch pricing came into effect and bill ended up being $227.29 for 4 rooms. Come on.... escorted the carpet cleaner out after he continued to try and negotiate rates while reducing services. Coupons are a joke. Don't ever depend on them because you'll never pay $50
