  • I'm really disappointed in the fact that I had to give Dunkin Donuts three stars because I do believe on their best day they get 4 stars their coffee tastes amazing but unfortunately now I have been coming to this location on my way to work for about 3 months now 5 times a week every morning I come to the drive thru and get a large vanilla iced coffee. Well I figured since I go there all the time I might as well buy a Dunkin Donuts cup which was a really great idea because the lady that sold it to me told me that I could get it refilled for only $1.61 which would be great but it seems like everytime I go and use my refillable cup the coffee product just went down there just giving me iced coffee when I order vanilla iced coffee with extra creamer it tastes watered down not much of a coffee taste to it and no vanilla at all SMH come on Dunkin Donuts that's not a way to treat your customers obviously I'm loyal I have refillable cups so please don't water down the product. I even ordered one the other day without my refillable cup and it was right on so yeah if you use your refillable cup it don't taste the same
