  • I have used this shop multiple times. On this occasion I came in with my iphone totally dead. I went over what had happened with Brent and he felt like it was a battery issue but could be software. He was able to check it while I waited. It did turn out to be the battery.I had had my battery replaced there three months earlier so he was able to replace it for free. Came in with a totally dead phone and left with a phone working perfectly in about 15 minutes. Brent was knowledgeable and fast and so helpful!
