  • Their merchandise are good; HOWEVER, I would NEVER leave my dog with them. 1) TOO MANY horror stories of them being negligent and losing dogs 2) PERSONALLY WITNESS the owner and one of her employees letting the dogs OFF LEASH in a NON FENCED OFF grass area beside a parking lot (note that this area was NOT a dog park). When I first moved into the area I witnessed this as the owner made small talk with me and gave me her card. I then watched as 2 vans pulled up in the parking lot and she and her employee called to the dogs and loaded them up in the vans - saw only 1 leash being used as the dog did not come on command. Needless to say, I did not employ their services after seeing this.
